Lzzy Hale, Gibson's erste weibliche Markenbotschafterin, ist bekannt für ihre explosiven Live Auftritte mit ihrer Band Halestorm. Ihre neue Explorerbird ist eine hart-rockende, großartig aussehende Gitarre, die für harte Musik gebaut ist.

Sie kombiniert die Korpusform der Explorer und einer Non-Reverse Firebird Kopfplatte zu einem Künstlermodell, das Köpfe verdreht und die Zuhörer begeistert. Das Cardinal Red Nitrocellulose-Lackfinish wird durch goldene Hardware und Bünde ergänzt, sogar die Schrauben und Stäbe an den leistungsstarken 70s Tribute Pickups sind golden! Ein Modern Series Hartschalenkoffer ist ebenfalls enthalten.
